Termination

EasyDollar may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Miscellaneous

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between EasyDollar and you concerning the subject matter hereof. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of this Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and EasyDollar's failure to assert any right or provision under this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. You may not assign this Agreement without the prior written consent of EasyDollar.

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the Service.
